EXMOOR PROPERTY LETTING ACQUISITION

Michael Adey Property is delighted to announce the acquisition of Exmoor Property Letting Ltd in South Molton. With both businesses having worked closely together for the past 5 years, this has enabled a smooth and seamless transition.

Exmoor Property Letting Ltd was founded by Andrew Green, who successfully built a substantial portfolio of properties over the past 17 years working closely with landlords and tenants alike.  

Andrew is now enjoying retirement and time away from the office - he is of course always on hand if we need to get in touch. Andrew would like to take this opportunity to thank all clients past and present, for their continued support over the years.

Michael's sister, Katherine Little, has now taken over the full-time management of the day to day running of the lettings business and brings with her over 15 years letting and agency experience.

With the recent opening of the Lynton office, Exmoor Property & Exmoor Property Letting will be amalgamating to further widen our exposure between the two offices and expand the lettings service into a greater area of North Devon.

We are one of the few independent agencies in the area with a reliable, dedicated, and professional team, combining over 80 years’ experience across the industry. Our aim is to continue to grow the strong reputation of both businesses moving forward, always putting the needs of our clients first.
